女子擔心照片外流，事後轉帳2000元給陳，但陳要求次月不足差額，女子不堪其擾，直接斷絕和陳的聯繫，陳2023年1月6日將女子裸照上傳平台。空軍官校認為陳違失行為重大，召開人事評議會決議撤職、停止任用3年，並經空軍司令部核定通過。
陳不服處分提行政訴訟，主張自己已坦承犯行，並和女子和解、刪除全部照片，也返還2000元犯罪所得，刑事部分經檢察官處分緩起訴確定，他犯後態度良好，且在學期間，多次擔任實習幹部、獲學校獎勵，但軍方皆沒有審酌，認為處分有瑕疵。
